“You are what you breathe,” says Dr. David Suzuki. The quality of air that we breathe into our lungs can have a great impact on our overall health.
The BC Lung Association, along with partner agencies, offer free public seminars as a way to discuss current issues relating to air quality and lung health. Experts in the field discuss the health effects of air pollution and the risk of exposure in your communities, as well as identify ways in which we can move forward in improving air quality and reducing health risks.
